I love old buildings and old farmhouses in particular. This farmhouse is located off Route 50 in Ocean City. I happened to meet the great-granddaughter of the man who built the house when she stopped to see what I was doing.
Her uncle was the last family member to live there and it had fallen into disrepair when his family moved out. While the property is still in their family, if they ever decided to fix it up, they would have a lot of county regulations to deal so for now it just sits. Absolutely beautiful site. I have more pictures to come!
